I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean bed sheets, pillows, and a spotless bathroom. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were large and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to The Square in Napa and close to restaurants outside the hotel. Additionally, it was near the beach, making it convenient for a day of sun and sand.

There were no towel holders in the bathroom, no cup for the toothbrush, and toothpaste. The power outlet near the bed did not work. The breakfast offer should be much various, definitely not a la card, wi-fi available in the rooms.

Comfortable appartment, nice arrangement, bathroom could be renovated it seemed a bit old while the rest of the apartment seemed rennovated. Excellent location. Quiet but still a walking distance from the town. Had a nice time there.

The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was savoury. Really enjoyed a kettle, air conditioner, and a flat screen TV in the room:)))

I started my day with a hearty breakfast and enjoyed the pools and jacuzzi. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and the rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated.

Oh, and let's not forget the "private" pool that was actually shared with the whole world, dirty and broken. The mold in the ceiling and the broken chair added a nice touch, and let's not forget the bathtub that flooded the room.

Nothing to comment, booked it for 2 nights and got to stay there for only one night due to a mistake from the hotel management! Instead we got transfered to Kalypso appartments, one of the worst accomodation money can buy... If you are looking for a noisy, dirty, unsafe and unfriendly place to stay this is the management you are looking for!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the TV and refrigerator were a great addition. The shower water was also really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find two large pools that were perfect for swimming. This hotel is very family-friendly, especially for those who love to swim. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to shops and not far from both Nissi Beach and the beach.

For us, it was ideal.

Everthing was poor at one incident the toilet was blocked and the man who unblocked it used a mop, stuck it in the toilet, then moped the floor with it.The air conditions didnt work, the showers by the pool didnt work and none of the staff spoke english or greek.

It was fine stay, I loved tasty food.

Hotel was fairly clean and pleasant with nice staff and stunning location to bar street.

The value for money at Fedrania Gardens was great - I got a beautiful room with a private pool and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to the beach and city center.

Menu for breakfast could have more variety.

Kind personnel, newly decorated rooms with a bathroom, a shower plus jacuzzi.

We had the twin room and it was recently refurbished and soundproof for the value...

Convenient location near beaches, city center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Airport shuttle available. Nice swimming pool. Modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Good value for the price.

it was disgusting, awful! I wander why is a three star hotel! very very dirty, aircondition very old! need 2 hours to feel cool in the room! thats all! didnt like nothing!
